Memorable Hotpot Experience!

During my recent stay at Shangri-La in Changzhou, I had the most amazing hotpot experience at the hotel restaurant. The friendly staff took the time to teach me how to use chopsticks and enjoy a traditional hotpot meal. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a truly memorable dining experience. I can't wait to come back for dinner and try their breakfast too. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location, within walking distance of yancheng wildlife park. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Wujin district certainly deserves to be visited.

Exceptional staff, excellent breakfast choices, huge room with bathtub, comfortable facilities, play room for kids.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel is truly luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the service was impeccable and the spa & wellness center provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as the live entertainment at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the dinner at the restaurant. Though the food was delicious, there were not enough options for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel had a great location, not too far from the business area and with easy access to the city center. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was also clean and had all necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a nice pool and kids' area, and the Japanese restaurant served delicious sushi and sashimi.

The Chinese restaurant could use some improvement in terms of service and cleanliness.

Amazing facilities and excellent location! the pool and gym are incredible, and the hotel is situated near several nice restaurants and popular tourist attractions. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The service was terrible. the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and we had multiple issues with communication since most of them did not speak English.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were fantastic. the sun terrace was a beautiful spot for relaxation, and the live entertainment was enjoyable. the massage services were top-notch, and the restaurant offered a great dining experience.

The service at this hotel was inconsistent at times. While the staff at the club floor lounge were attentive, some staff at the Chinese restaurant were less so.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of cuisines from Western to Asian. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the hotel provided excellent service, making our stay very enjoyable.

The facilities could use some updating as some appeared to be a bit older. the noise level from nearby rooms and hallway was a bit of a disturbance at times.

We had a great stay in Changzhou. The breakfast had an excellent variety of international and local options which we enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a shuttle service to the city center, which made exploring the area super convenient. Our room was also very comfortable and clean.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was a bit far from both the city center and train station, which made getting around a bit difficult.
